Where do we ship to?

We ship to anywhere in the UK via various courier companies such as DHL. Hampers and gift boxes are charged by size detailed below.

Small— £
Medium — £
Large – £

We aim to have a fast turn around, although personalised items may take longer. As we work with local small businesses and are on ourselves, during peak time, order times may increase. For large orders, please get in touch at hello@lushhampers.com to organise shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

We aim for high quality service and delivery of all our items but if you have had an issue with your order please email us at info@lushhampers.com with your name, order number and details of the issue you have had. Please return the gift box within 10 days.

We do not except exchanges or returns for individual items except where damage has occured.
